This policy covers the OctoMediCare enquiry form at enquiry.octomedicare.com, operated by Octonics Innovations. It explains what we collect when you request a demo, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form, we store:
- Your name, mobile/WhatsApp number and, if you choose to give it, your email address
- Your hospital or clinic name and facility type
- The country associated with your phone number
We also record technical and advertising information automatically: the page you arrived on, the referring website, campaign tracking parameters (such as UTM tags and Meta click identifiers), your browser user-agent and your IP address.
Why we collect it
We use your contact details for one purpose: to respond to your demo enquiry and discuss OctoMediCare with you. Submitting the form is what gives us permission to contact you about that enquiry.
Technical and campaign data tells us which advertising brought you here, so we can measure and improve our campaigns. It is never used to build a profile of you, and it is not displayed anywhere in the form.
Advertising and measurement
This site uses the Meta Pixel. It records a page view when you arrive and a conversion event after your enquiry is successfully saved. Meta may set cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) in your browser. We do not send your name, phone number or email address to Meta.
You can control this tracking through your browser settings and through your Meta ad preferences.
Who can see your enquiry
Enquiries are stored in a private database and are visible only to authorised OctoMediCare sales staff through a password-protected internal console. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up and to maintain our sales records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Contact us and we will action your request.
